This is a high quality episode for sure. Not sure where it lands overall, but definitely one of the best in Season 1 for me. I love the fact that Hammond himself arrived to rescue them. He's such an awesome boss. It's nice to see you enjoying SG-1. There's so much of if, and the rewatchability is extremely high. I think I've watched it 5 times now? I love other shows, like ST, Battlestar Galactica (the 2004 reboot), Farscape and Babylon 5, but SG-1 just makes me feel good! Instead of having a Prime Directive, this show is more of a "what could possibly go wrong" type.
