Man, I love Leverage so much! It's light, funny, doesn't take itself seriously, and full of heart. I'm not Irish, and I'm certainly not an expert on Irish-ness, but it always struck me as weird that an Irish mobster goes into an Irish bar during an Irish wake and orders a bottle of Scotch. Am I wrong? They didn't really specify that the card players were cops, but they mentioned that nowadays the bar was frequented by both cops and crooks. It was a blink-and-you'll-miss-it reference when Nate tells the story of how it was his father's bar. As usual, your reaction was great! This episode and 3x11 are my favorites! Have a good one!
