I have to say, I have watched TVD seasons 1-8 multiple times and that last scene in the crypt with Stefan and Damon is my favourite scene in the WHOLE SHOW! Remember season 1, Stefan to Damon 'I already want you dead, don't give me a reason to do it', Damon to Stefan 'I could rip your heart out and not think twice about it'...all the multiple times they have knocked seven bells out of one another in fist fights? Then this scene, Stefan overcome with relief that his brother is back, Damon doing the usual jokes to cover his deep emotions at being back with his brother...This is the most important relationship in this show...DEFAN is the ship for me! :-) I think you will LOVE season 6! :-)

It is such a good scene, it gets me in my feels every time. The way Damon is trying to make light of it, and Stefan just staring at him in disbelief. Then Stefan touching his arm to make sure he's actually there, and Damon giving him a soft "yeah" like "yeah brother, I'm really here" and the hug. Even just typing this out makes me wanna cry lol

Rewatching your reaction and you made me giggle - realizing you gave Kai the nickname Poncho and I'm here for it! Also - the last scene did you notice that Damon almost missed his mouth when he went to take a sip!? lol! I'm secretly wishing for a TVDU binge because I'm having withdrawals already!
