Hahaha I love how you kept cracking yourself up with that penetration joke. It was good to see you laugh again :) The Originals, in contrast to The Shield, is definitely a show you can watch to cheer yourself up. It might get dark and intense and even sad at times- but never really in that sort of depressing way The Shield does. Just like you said at the end "just put this episode on, laying in bed, watching it, relaxing and just have a good time". Any sexual jokes aside (I know, it's really hard ...haha...for me to not take any opportunity to make such jokes, especially when it's such low hanging fruit (lol)) it really is such a comfort show. Just listening to their voices, hearing their interactions, calms me down. I agree, this is a fantastic episode with some great scenes. That sassy verbal battle between Hayley and Elijah in the beginning (the one you watched like 5 times :D ), the scene between Mikael and Davina, that whole "as a devout feminist scene" with that great fight training sequence with the penetration climax lol between Elijah and Gia, the Cami/Klaus bar scene, the fight between Mikael and Klaus and Papa Mikael overcoming the pain from Papa Tunde's blade of torture like the true warrior he is. Even the bickering between Kol and Finn. It was all just so f'ing good. And of course Elijah kicking ass and decimating a whole werewolf army, about to off his brother but then getting overpowered by his mum (this family man... :D ). I promise you that next episode is gonna be equally awesome as this one! And Elijah will finally get a great storyline! Oh man, I can't wait for you to see what this season still has in store for you!

Omg totally forgot about the "Caroline and Klaus, together on an island, doing nude paintings, swimming in the ocean naked". I need an AI to give us those scenes! Like, you don't understand, I NEED to see that.

The dislike fans had for Cami is that they never stopped comparing her to Caroline lol. She really is a great character, and as you said does have really good chemistry with Klaus. People are just weird. I also love Mikael as a villain, the actor is definitely good enough to share the screen with Joseph. My favorite interaction I've seen between celebrities was on instagram, Joseph shared a teaser video for Titans of him saying "I am Sebastian" over and over. The actor who plays Mikael, whose name is Sebastian, commented and said "No, I am Sebastian" to which Joseph replied "You're the Original Sebastian" lol
