I can't remember if this was the first time that we learn this particular Observer's name, as September. Cast your mind way way way back to series 2 Episode: Brown Betty. The 40's style musical, a story that Walter is telling Ella. With in that story, Nina refers to one of them as Gemini.

How dare you besmirch the good name of Nina Sharp. Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this. Would advise watching episode 19 as the last episode of the season.
