So Amazon removed the HD streaming of SG-1 in the US. I think if you use a VPN you might get past that. (not 100% on that) Right now the only way to get the HD of SG-1 is to get the DVDs or better would be blue-ray.

I do find the humour in this show works better for me, than, say, some of the parts of B5. Which can be wonderfully cringe and tonally bizzare at times. What they have in common, that their popularity has shown attempts in recent years to see a revival of them both. A thing to watch out for. Which happens at fairly regular intervals in the beginning. Is the references to The Wizard of Oz. They aren't hard to spot, but they are a fun recurring theme. But have no meaning to the plot. Last episode: "That's right Dorothy, it was all a dream." Jack says to Kawalsky when he wakes up. I think they lesson over time, but when they pop back in, you know they are a call back and are part of the shows creative identity.

This is the only episode I will not bother to watch....lol....and yes gets much better. I hope they told you this show leads to another show?
