I personally really like that episode I think 9-10-11 of this season are actually my fav episodes of the show, but like you said, because of the placement of this one most people just don't really remember it which is a shame. And to say, what I really like about that episode is that it's really a world building episode. It shows for the first time the whole criminal world with the meeting, it says the Cabal is bigger than we thought and it also shows what citizens think of the whole Liz situation. Also at the beginning of the meeting they talked of Floriana Campo and Hector Lorca who were members of that table and we actually saw them before, Floriana was the woman in the Freelancer ep which was abducting girls while looking like a hero by "saving" some and Hector was the drug dealer that hired the Stewmaker.

One of my favorite episodes. Looking back it holds so much depth that we'll find out about, and I love that they took us back to former blacklisters. Floriana campo from 1x02, the women trafficker who Red went after in honor of Dembe, and Lorca was the one who indeed hired the stewmaker. Some view as the prognancy plotline as super cliche, but personally I think it's a good one. First, since Megan herself was pregnant at the time, and secondly, it gaves us a different view of the mythology. Katarina game Masha up because of the dangerous world she lived in, and now her daughter has to bring a baby into this world with pretty much the same dilemma. I find this idea, in this specific show, fitting, unlike other shows in which a pregnancy is just shove in because the main actress is expecting. Hang in there, things are about to get real interesting!
