2023-02-24 21:34:50 The music early in this episode is Black & Gold by Sam Sparro (the radio edit I believe). I have gotten so much music from this show, it's insane. This is certainly a controversial episode. A lot of people argue whether this is in line with Chuck as a character, but I think it is. I mean, his decision to download the new Intersect 2.0 was such an important one. He now feels like he can actually contribute to the world and be someone "better" than himself. Even though Chuck is pretty damn good on his own. That said. How do you say no to Sarah Walker? That's some restraint... The scene at the train station is brutal to watch. "I'll punch you in the face, Chuck" had me laughing so hard! Even despite the setback in the overall Chuck and Sarah development, this episode was really, really good. And holy sh%%! I never noticed that was Stalin in the background. Haha, that's hilarious. Season 3 has a darker tone than we're used to so far (I mean, poor Emmett, but not really!). But it's still Chuck in every way. It is like you say, though. It's two steps forward one step back. I know what's coming obviously, so I don't mind, but I felt the same way you do.

Chuck picking Spy job over Sarah is out of character to me, the writing can do better than this. but season 3 definitely the most intense and awesome of the whole series, can't wait for you to get to this season 🙌

I agree. His choice still boggles my mind with that said Season 3 has been amazing so far.
