WACUP Beta Builds #12774, #12790 & #12888 (Patreon)

A decent 2 or so weeks with #WACUP #beta build 1.8.2.12888 (along with builds 12774 & 12790 from last week) now with beta testers.

Managed to replace a component for modern skin support that was causing oh so many issues.

Replacing the 5.666 timer component (related to modern skin script based timers) had been a long running issue (downside of having to re-use existing dlls) that had also been masking some other issues which have since been fixed.

tl;dr a massive reduction in any reported crashes!

Other changes include more tweaks for the handling of large local library databases (250K), some output plug-in handling issues, some CD access & odd hang fixes, reduced CPU for older machines & reduced the 5.666 dlls needing to be used (current list is @ https://getwacup.com/beta_files.html#winamp)
