Oh so many betas but its needed when replacing so much code!

So #WACUP beta build 1.0.11.5424 is now available to the beta testers with the changelog @ https://getwacup.com/changelog/beta_1_0_11_5424.html

Hopefully not long to go before we can have a new preview build🤞

Changed the IPC_GET_PLAYING_TITLE & IPC_GET_PLAYING_FILENAME APIs to do the equivalent of a IPC_GETLISTPOS & IPC_GETPLAYLISTTITLEW / IPC_GETPLAYLISTFILEW when passing the param as 1 (this is a helper to remove one SendMessage call for cases where also knowing the result from IPC_GETLISTPOS is not needed) Changed how the Library History plug-in
