Talking of music I have turned into a massive Steely Dan fan, when I was a kid I was aware of them as good musicians but they just wasn't "cool" to me but now I cant get enough of them. XTC is criminally underrated, I used to drink in a pub in Swindon with Andy Partridge, now there is a character! Dave Gregory is a guitarist, he is also in Tin Spirits. SAHB are fecking amazing! If you are called Sensational you have to live up to it! I remember hearing Faith Healer for the first time and it blowing me away!

Best music video i have ever seen was Aphex twin's come to daddy - Chris Cunningham at his crazy best, also Aphex twins window licker is pretty mental too. For nostalgia's sake its probably The sisters of mercy - this corrosion or ah ha's take on me.

To be fair, "Dr. Who" meets "The French Connection" is kind of the basis of the "Life On Mars" TV series. Also, the funniest music video is Army Of Lovers's Crucified. That's not necessarily my personal best but i suspect you would find my suggestions a bit depressing. I'm so goth.
