I actually quite enjoyed the Wacky Races game on the Dreamcast. I mean it wouldn't take any sales from Mario Kart but it was ok

These videos are great, I'm glad you guys are keeping things going. Yeah, early game speech was nearly unintelligible, and challenged the capabilities of the internal speaker (and surely the programmers). The Castle Wolfenstein games on the Apple II come to mind, and the Pac-Man knockoff, Dung Beetles.
