This is the Centre for Fortean Zoology's account of the Guyana trip I started writing about in the book extract I put up last week. It's a bit overlong, and edited in their own inimitable fashion, but in some respects makes a bit of a nice counterpoint to the book sample. Thought you might like to see it.

The Savage Land

This is the first featurelength documentary ever produced by the CFZ. It was originally posted on GoogleVideo, but we are happy to - at last - be able to post it here. It tells the story of an expedition to Guyana in November 2007, when five explorers from the CFZ went in search of giant anacondas, the bigfoot-like di-di, the terrifying water tiger, and the grotesque red-faced pygmys.
