More Beast Street content.  One aspect of the idea is there being both semi futuristic and feudal Japan elements. The hunters being members of an organization that keeps order by neutralizing those that use Rein (This universe's magic system so to speak) if they get out of line. Normal folk have little to no chance of stopping them, so suits that allow those who can't use Rein were developed to even the playing field.
