Palpitations While Falling Asleep (Patreon)

Trying to fall asleep last night and we were having crazy heart palpitations. We have learned that this can be a result from switching alters...we discovered a new (dormant) alter yesterday and so it's no wonder we were experiencing this-for those who have never felt them for yourself; it feels like your heart is skipping beats and sometimes takes your breath away. I could feel every beat my heart took while I recorded this audio-turn it up and use headphones!
