Last year I actually fund some relief in some areas of my life where other areas got worse!

I found peace during "quarantine" and my social anxiety was almost non existent! On the other hand, anxiety about health, my families safety, etc. I know a lot of us can relate to this and I really dislike how anxiety affects my entire body on top of the constant butterflies--that sometimes appear for no real reason-just like they did while I was recording this video for next Tuesday! It's one thing when you can understand why you are anxious to try to help it go away but another when there is no apparent reason-I suspect many of my chronic illnesses attribute to this as well as when I get heart palpitations that just take my breath away!

Social Anxiety? Oh my goodness you are speaking my language. I totally agree that the Pandemic has given us less opportunities to have to deal with large groups of people. So you are right, I guess there was some good to come from it! Oh, I love your tummy in this picture... Moving on, anxiety causes me to shake pretty badly. Mainly my hands as they are always a bit "Off" due to a Wartime accident... but yeah they get really shaky, then my vision gets muddy. I know it's time to lay down and quick! lol The randomness is really scary. How you tackle it is so damn brave. While you deal with your anxieties, you focus on helping others. I just can't get over how caring a person you are. God Bless You and thank you for sharing so much of yourself with us. It is truly eye opening. <3 <3
