Well Alice isn't a virgin-... Maybe her reaction wouldn't need to be as exaggerated as some others.. sure-it's big.. but she has an idea of the feel. Little details like this can go a ways. first penetration scenes much bigger deal for characters like Kana..

Yeah, Kana will be a big problem for her. I am still thinking carefully since there is a lot of thing need to think about. NTS I even want Sayako take Kana virginity since it is the most best feeling of NTS ever. Even the NTR part, a huge win imo if the antagonist managed to take Kana virginity first.

Think the best way to do it in NTR is for the protagonist himself to want to wait or fails- such as they cum during bj and can't continue(Kana who is used to Sayako at this time assumes they can go many more rounds like Futas can so it's okay to start with something like bj or handjob.. So they wait.. until next time.. and sometime inbetween the antagonist does something like the slide into- during massage or abruptly.. unwanted at first.. Sometimes it's better when there's not a huge lead up to this huge event and you have multiple heroines so something big happening in a low tension way like normal massage or routine helping sayako with her "problem"- turning into something rougher. There's so many ways you could do it though.. But Kana is the main heroine so her outright betraying MC and being okay with it wouldn't be right in an NTR setting with any impact.. She has to be given some thought..
