I am not sure either I should do this way or not, lol. Should I?

As in, do this kind of thing as settings. Either do the choice before sex scene starts or just put it here?

I think it's better to let people choose if they want or not the mysterios POV, like that they can't complane it's they choice.

Make it a setting- just make it clear what it actually changes... Like does it remove the omniscient view of the scene(like the cut-ins you've shown)- or does it just blur it/darken it.?-

yup, still thinking on this part tbh. Because I want to do the naked sprite while MC taking a bath or something like scars of summers did. To give that ambience, the reason I like that game is because of the ambience the dev give.
