Jack evil as fuck since he and Sanako and Ayako follow suits in manipulating the others just to fulfill his own fetish. He will also able to join in one day with her.

They are still friend but not wholesome. Not wholesome as in, the three of them are just plain evil.

Sayako will turn all the girls against Jack to make him suffer.

Jack evil in NTS?.. That's a surprise. Didn't seem like the direction you wanted to go with previous summaries.. I like the NTR direction though- and what i'm most invested in.. Make it fun!.. Don't burn out on one route and halfass the other- if you need more time.. just take a break..

Not sure, because what I have in mind later, Jack wanted to see all the person he cares about fall into pleasure. Also the NTR part, it is pretty much a waste to throw away the mysterious pov.
