The girl will eventually behave differently with each cycle of the group he went out with. Which in turn eventually treat Jack like shit.

Sanako and Ayako will start to give suggestion for the girls to turn against Jack himself.

Jack will be together with Sanako and Ayako to corrupt the others. Sanako and Ayako didn’t know that Sayako is literal evil and taking advantage of both Sanako and Ayako enjoying the situation of being a futa. Which in turn, Sayako will be waiting her chance to surface from the fused body.

The girl wouldn’t turn against Jack as Sanako and Ayako are friend. They both treat him as a valuable companion.

Here are the problems I analyze and someone shared what is the huge problem.

NTS = Sayako just being there.

NTR = Revenge seems petty
