This is part II from Wildwood NJ, where I used the Ricoh GRIII again, but this time I decided to do some street photography.

This was indeed sneaky street photos, without them actually knowing, where I'm just walking around on the boardwalk holding my camera between my fingers pressed against my chest with snap focus on at 1.5m casually taking whatever I can blindly. It's really fun to see later on what you actually got in terms of shot, I was impressed with some of those composition:

It's just luck really, the more you snap the more chances you get at actually good images. I never though I would enjoy this type of photography, Alfredo from back in the day would think I'm crazy.

I get the feeling some people knew what I was doing though, like this woman, it looks like she is looking straight at the camera, but didn't mind one bit:

I also processed these a little different, I wanted punchy colours, some grain, contrast and hard blacks, a touch of the polaroid look mixed with vibrant slide film.

I wish I took more, this is really a fun experiment, street photography is a different beast, love the spontaneity of it and the element of surprise. Of course there are a few in there that just missed focus, blurry (especially at night) or just aiming at nothing, but it's all part of the fun.

I hope you enjoyed looking at these as I did shooting them, thanks for reading!
