Here's the full set of Kodakgold 200 with Chelsea taken with the point and shoot Nikon L35af.

Let's take a break from the digital set and hop on the film. Usually I don't really mess with photos from the lab, except for some contrast and tone tweaks here and there. However for this roll, exposure and colors were all over the place, maybe due to the camera's meter being off, also I don't recall the film being expired either. On top of that, Kodakgold usually comes out warmer from my experience. Long story short, I didn't like how these photos came out, so I tried to play with them a little bit to give them life, here's a few before and afters:

Basically, I tried to warm them up and kill these ugly greenish tones.

For a few overexposed shot I was able to bring them back with the aid of shadows\highlights in photoshop.

That helped, I think, but I was still not satisfied. So, the next step I took is considered blasphemy for pure film photographers; I decided to make bnw copies of this color film set! Oh yes, you are reading this right, I made black and white versions of this Kodakgold film set.. because why not.

I'll post the full bnw set tomorrow, but here's a glimpse to give you an idea:

Good night !
