State of the Channel - 2023 (Patreon)

Happy New Year folks! Here's to a brighter 2023 and here's to putting 2022 into the ground. Seriously, last year sucked for me personally. Lots of real life trials and tribulations and I found myself burned out across the board. So many projects had to be delayed but I did so knowing that I could deliver a better project if I had more time. Time to heal and get my head on my shoulders

As of right now, I'm confident enough to say that I'm on that path and I'm following through on quite a few resolutions. I want to be more consistent with my work and projects and spend more time working on even larger, more ambitious projects. Hour long video essays of true substance and exciting and biting topics that are worthy of discussion. Mysteries and rabbit holes to get lost in. So making higher quality video essays? That's absolutely a goal in 2023 that I intend on fulfilling 

I also want to be more active on Patreon with uploading perks and chatting with you all. I plan on overhauling the page in the near future so it'll be more exciting and engaging for you wonderful people who support me and the team. Again, couldn't do it without y'all <3 

I also intend on streaming on Twitch weekly with bad movie nights and chatting about video topics with viewers. I'll also take those VODs and will upload them onto my Twitch Highlights channel weekly! 

ALSO...I got an updated avatar on the way! Ya, it's been a while but I think it's time. The old one is kind of stuck where I can't get any new poses so I decided to take his most beloved traits (like not having a nose) and update him with a new design! New but familiar, ya know? He'll probably be in action by the end of the month! 

All in all, I truly want to make 2023 THE year that redefines the channel. To drill into the things that work and built the channel up to this point but to also be more ambitious and provide fresh projects and direction so things don't grow stale. Again, thank you all SO MUCH for your patience and support! And if the Jehovah's Witnesses video isn't done by 2023, I give you all permission to light me on fire and to kick me off a cliff...here's to 2023!
