Commercial Use License - Updated October 15th 2021 (Patreon)

Just going to go ahead and do a quick update here! The commercial licensing terms for all the assets found on our Patreon are as follows for all who currently support us through the “Aspiring Worldbuilder” or higher tiers in the future.

Applicable Artwork

Any of our content that has been created in collaboration with other artists or content creators will be described as such. If that is the case, then you must contact us directly in order to discuss how you will be using those specific assets and do the same for all the other artists or content creators involved.

Attribution

If using our battlemaps for commercial purposes, attribution will always be required. You should list Natwuns as cartographers or under another similar title with a link to our Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/natwuns) in your product credits.

For adventure modules, published materials, and similar products, it is best to contact us directly to discuss how our work is to be used. In all instances, a watermarked version is preferable unless a separate agreement is made with us.

Exception from these terms

You may not recolour, alter proportions, modify, or adapt the assets in any way that causes distortion of the original.

You may not use our assets as a trademark, a logo, or part of the visual identification of your company or you as an individual.

You may not distribute, sub-license, or sell any of our assets as standalone artwork for any reason.

You may not use our assets to promote discrimination in any way, or in a way that can be considered generally offensive, obscene, or immoral.

You may not use our assets as the basis for any other physical/digital merchandise or promotional items, such as but not limited to t-shirts, posters, masks, etc.

You may not use our assets in such a way that it appears as though Natwuns endorses your product.
