New version of Lakka has been released!

We are happy to announce the new and updated version of Lakka.

Changes since version 3.5:

RetroArch updated to 1.9.11
Cores updated to their most recent versions
Mesa updated to 21.2.4
Updated Kernel/Firmwarefixed Analog / CRT output on Raspberry Pi (thanks to kFYatek, see examples)
