What does it feel like to be known as Degrassi's former bad boy Rick Munro?

Is it embarrassing to act on an after school program for kids then grow up to be a tattoo artist? Or is there a sense of nostalgia around being on one of Canada's most famous TV shows?

This week, we sit down with Craig Driscoll (Rick Munro) to learn behind the scenes stories about Degrassi

Why did Rick leave the show? Was he ever welcomed back? And did Craig keep in touch with his co-star, Stacie Mistysyn (Caitlin Ryan)?

We'll break it all down on this week's episode of The Degrassi Kid Podcast. And stay tuned for Degrassi Trivia with Craig Driscoll.

But for now, you can find Craig on instagram @craigdriscoll52 and support his art career!

This episode is sponsored by Andrea Hooge @ The Dolly Shop.

Great interview. Fine work. Craig sounds like a very honest and funny guy. Thanks for attempting to work my question in, even though Craig’s own storytelling had sort of answered it by then. You couldn’t find out what happened to Susie Rivera, could you? 😀👍🏻

I think it was a good question to ask! You could make the assumption that was why, but it was good to get a clear, direct answer! Last I heard about Sarah she had fallen out of touch with the rest of the cast! I'm not sure what she's up too, but I will ask if there's anyone I talk to who might know! I know her brother, Christopher Charlesworth, ended up in politics. In his youth, he worked in helping high school kids make the transition into unversity/post secondary education!

he seems like such a cool and down to earth guy! his story of being on and leaving the show was so different from what i expected. (i don’t know what i expected but i was still surprised!) i loved hearing about his relationship with his kids too 💗

Such a sweet dude! I appreciate his honesty so much, it takes a lot of guts to come onto a podcast and open up about your teen years like that!
