Not a safe walk (Patreon)

I was told that a monster had started up in our city, but I never believed it until I saw a large shadow above me. It all happened so quickly! A big slobbering mouth opened, pouring hot air over me, strong hands grabbed me like a vice.  Some kind of rumble sounded, after which the light went out, and I found myself inside a large bottomless throat. The moist walls of the esophagus gripped my body. The sounds of the street died down, only the organism of the predator could be heard, how the large animal heart beat off its rhythm, rapid breathing and many wet sounds that surrounded me, and somewhere in the depths the stomach growled, the point of no return.
