Update on Ultimate Commission Tier! (Patreon)

Hey guys, just a little update on the tiers.  Due to some research and discovery, it turns out that in my current state a t-shirt merch for the highest tier reward is not possible through Patreon Merch.  As such, I have taken that part out of the high tier reward.

HOWEVER, personal commissions and shout out will still be a part of Ultimate Commission tier! In the future I will potential add more benefits for that tier that will probably still include merch, so there will still be potential for that!
