Happy Hump Day! Wednesday is my time to chill and reflect on my progress in the week so far. Back in music school, I attend practical musicianship class twice a week. This involved playing, singing, sight reading and other exercises to apply what we learned in music theory class. I used to stay up all night in fear because the professor would always pick on me to sing solos in front of the class muhahaha! Damn you John Sutton hahaha!
In this excerpt, taken from my "music theory for guitarists" course, I walk you through the 4 levels of pitch identification. Staff location, keyboard location, guitar fretboard location and ear recognition. We'll be using the website below to customize our own quiz. This is so much fun once you get the hang of it. It also makes your brain jacked AF muhahahaha! Hit me up with any questions and let's have some fun!
