By the 16th century, the modern guitar had taken shape in Spain. In this lesson, you'll learn three steps to play one of the most popular and iconic guitar styles...SPANISH GUITAR muhahaha! 

But first....What is the Bi-Zone? The lower register of the guitar is often used in popular music to woo women. Songs like Wonderwall utilize the first few frets. Because of the male interest in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), the boys often like complicated shred stuff on the higher frets. The Bi-Zone is the middle ground on guitar everyone loves muhahaha! 

1. Spanish Scale | Phrygian Dominant

Step one, learn the E Phrygian Dominant Scale E-F-G#-A-B-C-D

2. Spanish Chords

The Spanish guitar chords are E and F major. Play these two chords over a fixed E root for best results
