Using Edvard Grieg's famous piece, "In The Hall of The Mountain King", tremolo pick, or use alternating down and up strokes to slice your way through these notes. 

Use the metronome and start at 69 bpm. Move the metronome up 5 bpm once it feels comfortable. Repeat this process till you get it smoking muhahaha.
