As many of you know, lord Jeff Beck has died of Bacterial Meningitis at age 78.

Brian May, Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and many other guitar players site him as a critical influence

He was an innovator in the realm of technique and expressiveness

Which guitar hero do you miss the most below?

We need to join forces and not let the guitar die on planet earth....2023 is the year to push our skills to level 9,000 and beyond

It is time to honor the fallen

Hilary Hahn says that musicality is easy to explain as a concept, but to get to a point where it’s actually useful you have to put in a lot of time, effort, have willingness to learn, and try a lot of things out for yourself. Sheet music can tell you a lot of relative things about how a piece is intended to be played, but how musical sentences are phrased is what makes it an emotional language. Jeff Beck’s unapologetic disregard for the rules and willingness to go “off script” made him a master of musicality. I just hope enough of us have learned from him so that the end of his era is just the beginning of a new, worthy era.

It was very tough either Lord Rhoads or Lord Eddie. I had to go with Lord Eddie.
