which would garner a response along the lines of, "Don't be such a drama queen. It can be fun to change your eye color and try different looks, but I agree that it is not practical to wear them all the time." Then sometime later after surgery, "Isn't it great, with your new lens implants you never have to worry about contacts again. Unless you want to try out a fun color for a cosplay."
