No. At the beginning of this chapter, the scene where Elena and Nikos are sleeping together takes place two weeks after the previous chapter. The scene in the hospital bedroom is Elena dreaming (remembering maybe?)

Love the slight haze to the pictures really hits home that she is struggling to remember as Andrew falls away

The one thing that strikes me so much is Elena's hair length after surgery, it indicates how long ago the surgeries took place from the here and now, I wonder what other truths we're about to discover during chapter 18, I am really intrigued to see how Andrew initially reacts to the doctor explaining all the surgeries taken place, whether certain people come to visit or not, especially Marina.....
