Update Notes

Feature: Right-click on a tempo guide block and enable 'Fractional BPM' to allow generating snapping points at non-integer BPMs.
Update: Blockhead will now block the entire UI on startup until the plugins have finished loading. Usually this will happen too quickly to see so there will be no visible change. However if plugins are slow to load for some reason, or if there is a general error while loading plugins, then this will now be reported.
Update: Overlay controls and choke envelope shading are now disabled on meta blocks when 'Choke' is disabled.
Update: The zigzag pattern indicator that appears on blocks when Choke is enabled is now more visible.
Update: Named blocks are no longer garbage collected when all their instances are deleted (i.e. they will remain in the block browser.)
Bugfix: Possible crash while changing audio device settings (there were multiple crashes happening here but I think I have fixed the most common one. If you're on Linux it will probably still crash every time.)
Bugfix: Possible crash or glitch when toggling a plugin option parameter for multiple blocks at once.
Bugfix: "int_pos < 0" assertion failure while panning the workspace.
Bugfix: Tempo grid visual shading doesn't update immediately when the guide settings are changed.
Bugfix: Plugin selection popup menu mouse-click event is blocked by the right-hand block resizer handle.
Bugfix: Rendering the workspace usually starts rendering from the wrong position, unless there is a song start block explicitly set up.
