Malachi reaches for some of the berries, but Rune’s paw stops him. He stutters out with “Uh-” as she grabs one with eyes growing out of it.

     “A-Are you sure about that one?” She nods fiercely and he puts it in his bag while she selects more. He stands off to the side with Matt.

    The Raichu smiles. “Lassie has a green thumb, eh?” Malachi turns to him suddenly.

    “What?”

    “She’s selecting the ones with eyes. Those ones grow fast in a garden.” Malachi looks a little dumbfounded. It's odd for a Pokemon like Vulpix to be into agriculture, though he wasn't in much of a position to judge considering most members of the Luxray line don't live off of shellfish on the beach.
