Hi you need the "mesh" you need the shirt called "Dylan" by PlumbobnFries. I am not sure if she only has it on TSR or her tumblr as well. Once you have the original shirt in your game, the recolor, which is pictured will show up Happy Simming

The shirt needs Plumbobs n Fries Dylan Shirt as a mesh, and the skirt needs GorillaGorillaGorilla Basic Skirt as a mesh. Which is included its is called mesh skirt in the folder.
