I keep coming up with disabled characters for Shadowrun.

Virginia Blackhouse, an elf originally from Scotland. Rather from the Scottish Irradiated Zone.
The almost uninhabited territory contaminated by radiation and chemicals awarded her with genetic pathologies - by about the age of five, Virginia's legs completely atrophied and look like dry branches. The examination showed that even augmentation could not help due to the fact that the girl's nervous system was also partially destroyed.
By the age of 20, Virginia managed to save money to get out of this radioactive hole and she moved first to Berlin and then to California. She has nothing to do with the runners, she works as a freelance designer at Aztechnology.
She uses a homemade electric wheelchair (the engine seems to have been found in a junkyard). Virginia would like to have a better device, but does not have the money for it.
