My wild dream theory is that Kim and Lalo are going to disappear themselves together. Maybe romantically, maybe just as business partners. I think at some point Kim is going to have to choose between Mike and Lalo. This was what I got out of her conversation with Mike at the diner. And when she said "I know you, you're the parking lot guy", that was a subtle diss that showed us who she would choose. I think choosing Lalo will either lead to Mike killing her, or her successfully partnering with Lalo. In her first confrontation with Lalo, she even gave him some tips on how to handle large amounts of money.

To your point about Saul’s medication, he makes it known several times in BB that he has a “drawer full of Xanax.” I remember one episode where he tries to coerce Jesse into taking one to calm down.

I can' t see Lalo ever voluntarily disappearing himself. The idea of Mike offing Kim is interesting and possible though.
