The conversation with Tirhaka Love was very engaging. Thanks for putting that together. I found his perspective fascinating, jarring, and frankly a bit off-putting, but I'm glad I got to hear it.

I thought this was disappointing tbh. I appreciate trying to stay open to both sides of the debate but not all positions are created equal. There was no justification for this violence and to give any justification air time is disheartening. I don't think you can say "what he did was wrong" then proceed to spend 30 minutes to essentially defend his actions (hey, i've slapped people too!) . teach the controversy? Do you know the best way to avoid the stereotype of the angry black man that hits people to defend their lady's honor? Don't be an angry black man that hits people to defend their lady's honor. Humbly imo.
