Really enjoyed hearing this episode. Listening to you guys really brought me back to my own weight loss journey. I’m glad you’ve each found something that seems to be working. One meal a day is how I eventually got to my goal. But, I would allow myself a 160 cal protein shake in the morning and at night if I started to feel hungry.

Loved listening to this Dave, struggling with weight is hard, I’ve struggled with it my whole life. I’m currently at likely the lowest weight I’ve been since high school. I lost about 150 pounds in roughly a year and my life has been immeasurably better and I’ve been able to maintain during the pandemic which has been hard at times and easy at times. Keep up the great work!
