Despite my recent medical fiasco, I managed to pull myself together for long enough to put together a quick video review of Wonder Woman 1984, which I found to be disappointing. Thanks, as always, Patrons for making my work possible.

Clunky, questionable, don’t think about it too much plot points aside... I loved it. Pascal, Wiig, the Gadot-Pine chemistry, the 80s flare, the jet, the golden armor (visual only) were all great. Wonder Woman vs Cheetah was like 1,000 of my childhood dreams come true. Of course, I also see the issues and wish it had been a better movie--one about just Diana and Barbara and the birth of Cheetah would've been so cool. But that wasn't this, so count me grateful for those positive moments until part 3.
