Hi Patrons,

Let's do our monthly hangout! I'll be streaming live on Saturday 9/12 beginning at 9am for about 1-2 hours. I believe you will be able to access the hangout just be clicking through to the link at the top of this very post.  Hope you can stop by!

PS: I'm trying out a new platform for this called Crowdcast for this broadcast. I believe you'll need to register for the event using your email address (boo!) but the upside is that i believe i'll get to invite people onto the broadcast itself and you'll also get an email reminder right before the before the broadcast begins (yay!). 

In any case, as with all things, your feedback on how this goes is appreciated and welcome.  Thanks!

Sorry I missed this, watching the replay now. ... That was fun. Video quality was fine but noticeably lower quality than the YouTube vids—crowdcast still gave me the option to cast a vote, post comments, and ask questions. I didn’t post any, I assume we’ll start with a fresh feed for the next one.

I caught the on demand playback of this and really enjoyed the split screen caller moments. This looks like a great reward for the Patreon. I'd love to see Dave at the very least experiment with a discussion on movie soundtracks. If nerding out isn't up to par for Dave then perhaps bringing on a guest with a musician's background would suffice.
