Hey

I want to announce that the goal "Upgrade the art Station Part I" is already reached!

While I did t reach the monthly pledges I found a very good offer so that the 306 and the money from the last months is enough to buy a screen tablet. And it is not an XP pen but a Wacom Cintiq and it arrived yesterday. 

I guess the massive size makes people sell it off cheap especially when they bought a used one in the first place and it is their first tablet. I have only tested some basic functions so far and it looks like it is working (fingers crossed).

Now I would love to promise you an Illustration to celebrate but ...

I won t be able to fulfill such a promise any time soon as I realize I will have to rearrange everything to fit this massive 27" screen tablet. Perhaps even reinforce the table. The stand is super solid and super heavy :D

So I will do my best to get the next page of Nina's adventure done this weekend and if possible a few more illustrations (I was not home most of the week so there is a bit of backlog) with my current workstation and set up the "monster" next week.

Whoa, so big and awesome! Wonderful to hear Nina is the top priority this weekend, and I’m sure my sentiments are shared by everyone when I say that it’s a pleasure to be able to contribute to your efforts. To go from years of wondering if the world would be graced with more of your work, to getting new pieces weekly (and sometimes daily!) is so much more than I could have asked for, and I’m glad a platform exists that we the fans can give back to you.

Congratulations man! I totally agree with Beastcaster's words. The world, at least my world, is a much better place thanks to you. For more than fifteen years now (how time goes by…, doesn't it?) your images and, above all, your wonderful comics (whether short or long) have brightened my days. Needless to say, every day when there’s a 'delivery' from you immediately takes on a whole new flavour. What more can I say? Happy to have contributed to improving your 'working platform' and I really hope to continue to allow you to have more and more effective design tools that keep up with technological developments. Your talent (more than great) does the rest... and this is the only guarantee for us that really counts...
