Having said that in Korea it is better not to upset jealous girlfriends.... ...the little story is beautiful...wonderful especially the central image where poor Eun Jeong is in the emergency room receiving, unfortunately for her, very bad news about the health of her feet. I love the close up of the fashionable sandal sadly " falling into disuse" in favor of the new (not so equally trendy) footwear with wide orthopedic footbed that will house Eun's poor foot for who knows how long (actually, the swollen and battered big foot that has taken the place of the timy and slender foot that was making a fine show of itself until a few hours before...). Unluckily enough, the pretty Jeong-chan's opponent is always equipped with "attack footwear": first those closed black patent leather ones with the squared heel (which so much damage did...), now those with super triple-layered wedges (which so much more damage promises to do...). The next time those two meet, Eun will have switched from crutches to a wheelchair. Little, but sure.
