Found a Bug with the current implementation of the Pump System 2.0 which contributes to desynchronization of the animations to other users.

Specifically when the player goes 1 over their limit and is supposed to burst, sometimes when pressing that final pump, the player will get stuck at max capacity and not explode but also may explode on other people's screen.

Looking into this, I think it may have something to do with the animation Flow and the throbbing effect that the avatars have when at their limits.
