Sketch Con Process. (Patreon)

Hi guys! I wanted to share a little bit of the process for my Con Sketches, I mix Pencils, Inks and Markers.

The first stage the Rough/drawing which is worked lightly and loose with A 2B and then and 4B pencil (Grafwood CARANd'ACHE) to get the main idea and keep it clear enough for the next step.

Next I work with a sketch Pen (Pentel Stylo) I've been using recently, it has a great grip and feels good on the paper, I go over the pencils and I start defining the drawing avoiding mistakes as I go, specially on the face,  because if you mess up the face you got to start again, I avoid working on the lineweight until I'm sure there not more areas to define.

Then with a thicker pen I work the line weight and with a black Marker (tombow) I like to work on the silhouette and add some accents of blacks where needed, next I erase the pencils and I work on some light shading and highlights with the eraser.
