Loved your reaction!!!! And just some clarification that might include SPOILERS for those who haven't seen the show or your reaction yet: SPOILER WARNING Abigail was alive the whole time. Every time young Luke saw her, Abigail was alive. The show just made her seem like a ghost, but she was just a normal little girl who was sneaking around Hill House because her parents didn't want her near the house. And since both the Dudley's were working all day, Abigail had the freedom to play with Luke. She didn't die until the tea party scene in the red room, any time she is seen in the house with the blue dress is when she is a ghost, but anytime she is seen outside the house, or prior to the tea party, she is alive.

Kemi I'm so glad you loved this beautiful series. So many deep layers I could go on forever. The siblings represent the 5 states of grief. Steven is denial. Shirley is anger. Theo is bargaining. Luke is depression. Nell is acceptance. Also, I agree that the parents should have gotten out the second they moved in but also they loved their children and I'm sure they would've done everything differently had they known. I also loved the way ghosts are used as metaphors in the show, Shirley's being her regret. Thank you for really digging into the series and analyzing, as always.
