I watched this movie just yesterday, then went straight into your reaction. All the actors really nailed their characters, and Dave Bautista has become such a wonderful actor. Definitely the best wrestler-turned actor by a mile for me. And seeing Rupert Grint in this kind of role was definitely interesting. Regarding Redmond, his job was working for the gas company. In his own words "making sure houses & apartments don't blow up". Redmond's life has been associated with destruction & malice, whether onto him by his own father or onto others like he did to Andrew in the bar. And prior to the events of the movie, became responsible for the very opposite, making sure houses did not destruct/blow up. Quite admirable he had made such a change, of course like Andrew you can see he still carries all that malice inside of him. He had just learned to channel that hate into something positive by protecting people's homes, as Andrew had by becoming a defense attorney.
