I don't particularly like this movie, but I still watch it now and then because it was filmed at the University of Arizona when I was attending in the 80s, and many of my friends in the theatre department can be seen as extras!

I personally love this movie. I agree with everyone else that much of the subject matter did not age well. Despite it's shortcomings, the movies themselves (all four of them!) showcase the spirit of friendship and the right to stand up and be proud of who and what you are. In the sequel, Ogre becomes a Tri-Lamb. And not only do Lewis and Betty get married in the third one and Booger gets married in the fourth!
